I don’t why Im not losing weight. I control and Am aware of everything I eat. Maybe I should finally choose a real weight loss plan.

Today’s Calorie Consumption
1/2 Philly cheese steak ; 350
1 large cookie ; 320
strawberry candy ; 180
coffee with milk ; 120
cream brulee ; 350

Physical Activities
30 min walk ; 200

    To be honest, it is all about your body type and how much weight you want/need to lose. It does take time, and most of all this is something you want to realize. It will not happen in one day, as sad as that is. I’ve lost over 100+ in about 15 months because I made life-altering changes. I used to think all that talk was BS, but it is absolutely true. Just keep thinking to yourself that you will do it, watch the calories, fats and sugars in what you eat, and stick with your exercise plan, no matter what. Treat every day as its own individual day and live in the moment. Losing all this weight as truly changed my life for the better and made me a better man because of it. I still have a bit more to lose, but I’m glad I am where I am now then were I was before.
