I need to work on my self control. If I’m out of the normal day-to-day, I forget that I’m dieting. Today, my parents and brothers came over to hang out for a while. They brought with them Chinese take out and some chocolate. When they were over, I forgot that I was on a diet and ended up consuming everything they brought over.
